To credit a part from a workshop job select the Job (Shift F4) Button.
Once selected the below window will appear.
From this window you can search for the workshop job using several different options.
When you have inputted the information select the search button.
If the system only finds one result from your input it will display the Point of Sale window as shown below, however, if more then one
result is brought back it will allow you to select from the results, once selected the below will appear.
To credit parts of the job go to the parts on job tab.
Once selected the point of sale window will show you all parts booked to the job.
An example of this is shown below.
To credit part(s) double click the required item(s) the system will then display the below window.
To credit the part press the Credit Line button. This will then remove the part from the Parts on Job tab and will show the credit on the invoice tab as shown below.
When you are happy with the result confirm the credit note to the workshop using the Workshop (F9) Button.
Once selected the below window will appear.
Once happy select confirm this will then credit the part(s) from the workshop job.
