Setup Payroll Codes

To setup the Payroll codes go to Utilities > Select Attendance System in the drop down list > select the option for “Payroll Codes”.


The window should appear like the image shown below:

Select the "Add" button. A box will appear like the one shown below:


Add description


Enter the Description of the Payroll code. I.e "Holiday" and press Ok to save.


The Payroll codes can also be deleted by selecting the required Description and then clicking the Delete button.


The payroll code appears on the following:

 The technician’s setup for Pay analysis for Bonus

 The clock card reports as extra columns

 Also used on the Pay deducted from on the Non Productive setup
