What if I require my customers to Re-Consent for future contact?

 

Should a Dealer not be classifying existing records for future contact using Legitimate Interest, but relying instead on Customer Consent, then it will be necessary to have your database reset after May 25th.  This will involve removing all Customer Preferences on all records which have not been updated manually.

 

To do this, please contact your Account Manager at accountmanager@dmservices.co.uk to request that this is done.  This will be done within 5 days of request and a charge of £90 will be made for this.
