To add a part exchange select the Part Exchange tab. The window that displays will look similar to the below:
Enter the part exchange registration number and then select VRM Lookup.
If the registration number is valid the system will automatically fill in the vehicle fields. An example is shown below:
VAT Status - select the required Vat Status from the drop down menu.
